Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The room I stayed in was quite dated and had some issues, but the staff were genuinely nice and helpful throughout my visit. The spa facilities left a lot to be desired, yet the food at the restaurant was a highlight. Overall, a place with potential, but it could use some serious upgrades to fully enjoy the experience.
Our weekend getaway at this hotel was quite enjoyable with a clean and comfortable room and a lovely lakeside location. The breakfast service was excellent, and the Nordic spa was a perfect way to unwind. Unfortunately, some aspects of the service were lacking, and limited dining options felt restrictive. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
The hotel has a unique charm with its French chateau exterior and great views of Lac Boivin, but it’s hampered by maintenance issues and outdated furniture. The rooms were spacious, but minor repairs are needed. The dining experience is a standout, but the breakfast could use improvement. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, and I might look for other options next time.
My experience at this hotel was mixed. I really enjoyed the serene environment right by the lake and the access to biking paths, which complemented my winery visits perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, though I noticed several maintenance issues that could really use attention. Customer service was a letdown, especially during breakfast. While the amenities were enticing, the overall dining experience left me wanting more.
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, right by the Estriade cycle path and overlooking Lac Boivin, which is great for cycling enthusiasts. The fine dining option is a real highlight, and the Nordic spa offers a lovely way to relax. However, the rooms could use some serious attention regarding maintenance, and the service was inconsistent during my stay.
